Delivery Policy

• Our shipping costs are £5.00 per order, and all shipments are handled by Royal Mail.

• Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days, with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days for UK mainland orders only.

• Lost or Stolen Packages: Reused Fibres cannot take responsibility for orders that are lost or stolen during shipping. Although we will do our utmost to help you track a missing item, we’re unable to offer refunds or store credit in these cases due to our operational structure.

Return & Refund Policy

• Change of Mind: Items may be returned within 14 days for a full refund. To start the return process, please send the item back via post to the original shipping address. Be aware that the cost of return postage for standard returns and exchanges is not covered, so you will need to pay for any shipping costs associated with returning the item.

• Eligibility for Returns: To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received and in their original packaging.

• Faulty Items: If a faulty item is received, it is important to contact customer service as soon as possible through the contact page to resolve the issue. Please provide clear photos of the item and a detailed description of the fault.

• Returns should be sent to the address listed on the original parcel.

• Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
